Admin Component

This component implements an Administration API. Since administrators accomplishing their tasks by having direct database access is quite error-prone, we prefer providing them with an API. The admin API is implemented as a separate component in order to facilitate independent scaling, and putting it behind a firewall. The Admin Component is also responsible for setup tasks, like performing database migrations and generating/rotating server keys.
