Handler for GET /status/readyz (See https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/workloads/pods/probes/#readiness-probe).

Readiness probe. Should succeed whenever the application is running and ready to accept traffic. This means also checking whether dependent services like Postgres and NATS are available.
