Module containing a serializing wrapper for Ruma requests
This module implements a type SerializingRumaRequestWrapper, which wraps a ruma request object, and allows us to serialize it, by converting it into a HTTP request. This is the only way that we can send Ruma requests over NATS.

Ruma 🔒Request - A struct that gets created by the serialization method of SerializingRumaRequestWrapper, solely for the purpose of getting serialized immediately

Ruma Request Wrapper - A wrapper around ruma Request types, that serializes them by turning them into an URI, and the body as bytes
