Handler for PUT /_matrix/client/v3/user/{userId}/rooms/{roomId}/account_data/{type} (See https://spec.matrix.org/latest/client-server-api/#put_matrixclientv3useruseridroomsroomidaccount_datatype).

This endpoint is used to set account data.

NOTE: Any existing data of the same type and for the same room will get overwritten.
