Handler for GET /_matrix/client/v3/thirdparty/location (See https://spec.matrix.org/v1.15/client-server-api/#get_matrixclientv3thirdpartylocation).

Endpoint used to retrieve an array of third-party network locations from a Matrix room alias.

NOTE: For now, this always return 404 - Not Found because room aliases are not implemented.
