pub struct CommandRetentionConfig {
pub max_age: Option<Duration>,
pub max_messages: Option<i64>,
pub max_bytes: Option<i64>,
}Expand description
Retention limits for command request-reply streams.
The retention policy is fixed to WorkQueue and cannot be configured:
command dispatch relies on WorkQueue semantics (each command delivered to
exactly one responder and removed on ack). Only these limits are tunable;
None means unlimited.
Fields§
§max_age: Option<Duration>Drop messages older than this age (None = unlimited).
max_messages: Option<i64>Drop oldest messages when count exceeds this (None = unlimited).
max_bytes: Option<i64>Drop oldest messages when total bytes exceeds this (None = unlimited).
Implementations§

&self,
name: String,
subjects: Vec<String>,
) -> Config
pub(crate) fn build_stream_config( &self, name: String, subjects: Vec<String>, ) -> Config
Builds a WorkQueue [nats_stream::Config] for a command stream from
these limits. The policy is always WorkQueue by construction.
